There's an advert on telly at the moment which says that the National Lottery raises £30m each week for good causes. It then says what you can do with £30m, and one of those things is to train 1,000 new assistance dogs.

Does it really cost £30,000 to train an assistance dog? How?

And now north Somerset (referring to the northern part of the county of Somerset) is different to North Somerset (referring to the administrative district which is to the north of Somerset).
That is only because the creation of Avon changed earlier boundaries.
What is now North Somerset used to be north Somerset.

Big energy companies are producers of energy as well as retail suppliers.
The production side makes more profit as the wholesale price goes up.
The retail supply side makes less money as the wholesale price goes up (hence why there were approx 30 retail supply companies who have recently gone bankrupt).

The huge profits are from the production side of the business.
