Hi all. Does anyone know where i can source the rubber gaitor for the handbrake & gearstick. The ones under the leather shrouds, which rivit to the tunnel inspection hatch. Tried all the usual tvr sellers but come up with nothing. Unless there is a name other than shroud,or gaitor.
Took the centre consol out to change the handbrake cable. Found the rubber gaitors a bit brittle.
Also at the underside of the consol at the rear there are 2 plugs. 2pin one black wire & one white with red straight tracer to each plug. Just coiled up. Any idea what they are for. In the Steve Heath book the only thing with those colours are for the starter solenoid.
Car is 2001 MK3 chimaera 450.
Steve.

I think those spare plugs are for heated seats which most cars didn't have.

Gear lever gaiter is from a Ford Sierra. May have been RaceTech who had some made but think think they are all sold now?
